The analysis is carried out using samples of hair/fur. With the Mars III bio feedback device, the sample (Quantum witness) is placed in the device input channel and the built-in scanner digitally converts the sample, then stores this digital representation of the sample on the hard disk of the PC, thus the sample only needs to be scanned once without the pet being present.
The analysis is achieved by testing against predefined item test rates, built-in to the software database. Once quantum rates have been compared to the fur sample, they are then reported as to the level of imbalance between the items and the fur sample.
Making choices simple
We have developed comprehensive, non-invasive tests which are available around the world. Using biotechnology, our safe and speedy procedure uses a sample of your pet’s fur, which we test to get bio-feedback results for you.
We only need one small sample of fur, and using our extensive systems, we can email the results to you within just 72 hours after we receive your sample. Your pet’s test results will include all items with a sensitivity result of 85% and over.
After performing thousands of tests, we believe 85% is the point at which symptoms might begin to develop. Our innovative one-step test enables us to produce a detailed report.

At four months old, our new puppy, Ava, suddenly started to lose her hair in two places, and we couldn’t understand why? She had a good diet, plenty of exercise. She was on an expensive hypoallergenic food plan, but the situation worsened.
We contacted our vet …. oh, what a minefield! He told us that millions of things could be causing this but ‘let’s go down the easy treatment route first (this seemed costly, but we went with it); we used drops and creams – still no improvement (if anything, it looked like she was going to lose her hair all over her head and all up one arm) we were desperate for some indication of what was causing this, and it was at that point I was recommended to try the service to see if it was some food intolerance or sensitivity.
We purchased the premium test, and they sent us a kit to collect Ava’s fur sample. We sent away some of Ava’s fur, and I got an email with her results within a week.
They could indicate to us what items in her life were possibly causing this – in our case, cheese was one of the things we were advised to stop, and we did stop giving it to her as one of her treats. We also cut out other dairy products, and what a massive difference it has made.
Within the last six weeks, her fur has started to re-grow in both areas and thicken in the worry spots she had coming. This has been a game changer for us; it has been such a worry we honestly thought that our beautiful puppy would lose her fur completely. Still, we have finally turned the corner. Thank you so much.
