Your Test Collection Kit will be despatched shortly and delivered to the registered delivery address within 3 to 5 working days.

You will also receive an SMS message regarding your pet’s post results consultation within 48 business hours.

Please validate the delivery address is correct by referring to the order confirmation email. If you need to update the address, please contact us immediately via the website or email: [email protected].

Please note: that complete instructions are provided within the testing kit.

Results

Upon receiving your pet’s fur sample, your test will be processed, and the results will be emailed within 3 to 5 working days.

Once your pet’s results have been published, our pet nutritionist will be in touch again for your pet’s bespoke consultation.
