STEP 1
Download Your Test Submission Form, print out, and complete.

STEP 2
Take a minimum of five strands of hair with a follicle (from the root) and place it into a small sealable bag to ensure the sample remains dry during transit.

STEP 3
Place pet hair sample(s) with a complete test submission form in a secure mailing envelope (C5 or C6) and ensure correct postage is covered.

RESULTS

Upon receipt of your hair sample, your test will be processed, and results emailed within 2 to 5 working days. We have sent a copy of the instructions to your registered email address. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us here, or via Live Chat during office hours.
